Drynam Road

The above project was completed in March 2015, on the drynam road, swords, Co.Dublin.

The bungalow was built circa 1950's and is typical of the one off type bungalows found around Dublin, constructed without insulation. The attic also had very little insulation installed. The house was wrapped in External Wall Insulation to a thickness of 100mm this gives a typical     U-Value of 0.27w/m2K.

The dash finish is a white dash receiver with a mix of stone 90% white & 10% brown. The stone size is 6mm, which gives a nice overall finish to the job.

The window & door reveals were cut back and re-built with insulation to give a new raised reveal finished in a smooth white Acrylic render.

As normal the window cills were white powder coated aluminium.
